Why do you need my ID? ▼

Facebook's official deletion process for accounts without access requires proof of identity or next-of-kin status. We submit this ID directly as part of the Facebook support request. Your ID is stored securely and never shared with third parties beyond Facebook's official support channels.

How long does deletion take? ▼

After we submit the request, Facebook typically processes it within 30–90 days depending on their current volume. We will notify you by email at each stage. We make up to 3 follow-up submissions if needed.

What if Facebook rejects the request? ▼

If the first attempt is rejected we will submit again with additional documentation. If after 3 attempts Facebook still refuses, we will provide you with a full report of steps taken. Payment is non-refundable once submission has been made.

What ID types are accepted? ▼

Any government-issued photo ID: passport, driver's licence, national identity card. The full document must be clearly visible, in focus, and high-resolution (minimum 1200×800 pixels). Both front and back are required.
